  • “Panel” means any blood test package listed on our website, including Baseline, During, and Post monitoring options.
  • “You” or “Customer” means the individual placing an order or using our website.
  • “Results” means the laboratory analysis reports provided after testing.

3. Our Services Vitalova provides private, non-diagnostic blood testing services for health and performance monitoring purposes.

We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All tests are processed by accredited UK laboratories. Results are for informational purposes only and should be interpreted by a qualified healthcare professional.

4. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or over and legally capable of entering into this agreement.

5. Ordering Process

  • All orders are subject to acceptance by us.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
  • Once an order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
  • For custom “Build Your Own” panels, the final selection of tests is your responsibility.

6. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are displayed in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via our secure payment gateway.
  • We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout.
  • Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

7. Phlebotomy (Blood Draw)

  • The base price includes one professional blood draw (either clinic or at-home/mobile).
  • At-home/mobile phlebotomy is subject to availability in your area.
  • You must be present and prepared at the agreed time for the blood draw.
  • We are not responsible for missed appointments caused by you.

8. Sample Collection & Laboratory Analysis

  • You must follow all instructions provided for sample collection.
  • Samples must be collected and returned within the required timeframe.
  • We are not responsible for samples that are damaged, lost, or incorrectly collected.
  • Turnaround time is typically 1 working day after the sample reaches the laboratory, although this may vary.

9. Results

  • Results will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
  • Results are confidential and will only be shared with you.
  • We strongly recommend that you discuss your results with a qualified healthcare professional.
  • We do not offer interpretation or advice on results.

10. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Orders may be cancelled before the blood sample is collected.
  • Once the sample has been collected or sent to the laboratory, no refunds will be issued except in cases of laboratory error or our failure to deliver the service.
  • Refunds, where approved, will be processed within 14 days.

11. No Medical Advice Disclaimer Important: Vitalova is not a medical service. We do not diagnose, treat, or advise on medical conditions. Our tests are for monitoring purposes only.

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order.
  • We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including laboratory issues, courier delays, or acts of God).
