How It Works
Getting clear, reliable insights into your health has never been simpler. Our three-step process is designed to be convenient, private and stress-free.
Step 1 – Choose Your Panel
Browse our goal-specific panels and select the monitoring stage that matches where you are in your journey (Baseline, During, or Post). Each panel is carefully curated to give you the most relevant markers for your goals.
Our goal specific panels include -
- Metabolic Optimisation Panel
- Vitality & Libido Support Panel
-
Longevity & Wellness Panel
- Cognitive & Brain Health Panel
- Inflammation & Immune Balance Panel
- Tissue Repair & Recovery Panel
- Muscle & Performance Panel
- Skin & Collagen Support Panel
You can also choose to build you own custom panel instead.
Step 2 – Book & Get Tested
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive clear instructions on how to book your professional phlebotomy appointment at a convenient UK location or at home. We only use high-quality venous blood samples for accurate results.
Step 3 – Receive Your Results
Your samples are analysed by a fully accredited laboratory. You will receive your results via secure email within 24 hours of your sample arriving at the lab, complete with reference ranges. Track your progress over time and make informed decisions about your health.
Important Note No finger-prick / at-home tests are available for these panels. Finger-prick samples are not suitable due to the size and complexity of the profiles required for accurate monitoring.
Select Your Tests
Full Blood Count
Haemoglobin — Measures oxygen-carrying capacity of red blood cells. Important for energy, endurance, and recovery.
Haematocrit — Percentage of red blood cells in blood. Helps assess hydration and oxygen delivery.
Red Blood Cell Count — Number of red blood cells. Supports overall energy and oxygen transport.
White Blood Cell Count — Assesses immune system activity and can indicate inflammation or infection.
Platelet Count — Involved in blood clotting and tissue repair processes.
Liver Function Tests
ALT (Alanine Aminotransferase) — Liver enzyme that rises with stress or damage.
AST (Aspartate Aminotransferase) — Liver enzyme used alongside ALT to evaluate liver health.
ALP (Alkaline Phosphatase) — Enzyme found in liver and bone; helps assess liver and bone metabolism.
Bilirubin — Waste product processed by the liver.
Albumin — Main protein made by the liver; important for fluid balance and nutrient transport.
Kidney Function Tests
eGFR — Measures how well your kidneys are filtering blood.
Creatinine — Waste product from muscle metabolism; key indicator of kidney function.
Urea — Waste product from protein breakdown; helps evaluate kidney health and hydration.
Lipid Profile
Total Cholesterol — Overall cholesterol level in the blood.
LDL Cholesterol — Often called “bad” cholesterol; associated with cardiovascular risk.
HDL Cholesterol — Often called “good” cholesterol; helps remove excess cholesterol.
Triglycerides — Type of fat in the blood; high levels can indicate metabolic issues.
Blood Sugar & Insulin Markers
Glucose — Current blood sugar level.
HbA1c — Average blood sugar control over the past 2–3 months.
Insulin — Hormone that regulates blood sugar and nutrient uptake.
Inflammation Markers
hs-CRP (High Sensitivity C-Reactive Protein) — Sensitive marker of systemic inflammation.
ESR (Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate) — Helps assess chronic inflammatory burden.
Thyroid Tests
TSH — Signal from the brain that controls thyroid activity.
Free T4 — Main thyroid hormone produced by the thyroid gland.
Free T3 — The most active thyroid hormone that regulates metabolism and energy.
Hormones
Testosterone (total) — Primary hormone for muscle, strength, libido, and vitality.
Free Testosterone — The active, usable portion of testosterone.
Estradiol (Oestrogen) — Important for hormonal balance.
SHBG — Protein that binds testosterone; affects how much is available.
LH (Luteinising Hormone) — Regulates natural testosterone production.
FSH — Supports reproductive and hormonal equilibrium.
DHEA-S — Adrenal androgen that contributes to energy and libido.
Prolactin — Can suppress libido when elevated.
Cortisol — Primary stress hormone; affects energy, recovery, and muscle breakdown.
Growth & Repair
IGF-1 — Key marker of growth hormone activity linked to tissue repair, muscle growth, and longevity.
Other Important Markers
Vitamin D (25-OH) — Supports immune function, mood, bone health, and natural testosterone levels.
Homocysteine — Linked to cardiovascular risk and B-vitamin status.
CK (Creatine Kinase) — Marker of muscle damage and breakdown.
