How It Works

Please choose the most relevant stage you are at with your health programme.

All tests require a blood draw. Please choose clinic or mobile phlebotomy.

Tailored monitoring for inflammation reduction and immune support. Choose Baseline, During, or Post stage.

This goal-oriented panel is designed for individuals focused on inflammation reduction and immune support. Select the stage that best matches where you are in your programme.

What Tests Are Included?

Baseline - Establishes your starting inflammatory and immune status.

Full Blood Count (Haemoglobin, Haematocrit, Red Blood Cell Count, White Blood Cell Count, Platelet Count) — Provides baseline immune cell levels and overall blood health.

hs-CRP — Measures systemic inflammation at rest, a key indicator of chronic low-grade inflammation.

ESR (Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate) — Additional marker that helps assess chronic inflammatory burden in the body.

Liver Function Tests (ALT, AST, ALP, Bilirubin, Albumin) — Assesses liver health and its role in detoxification and immune regulation.

Kidney Function (eGFR, Creatinine, Urea) — Ensures kidney function supports immune balance and waste clearance.

Cortisol (morning) — Baseline stress hormone that strongly influences immune regulation and inflammation levels.

During Monitoring - Tracks changes in inflammation and immune response while actively working to restore balance.

Full Blood Count (Haemoglobin, Haematocrit, Red Blood Cell Count, White Blood Cell Count, Platelet Count) — Monitors immune cell activity and blood health during active immune modulation.

hs-CRP — Tracks real-time reductions or fluctuations in systemic inflammation.

ESR (Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate) — Monitors changes in chronic inflammatory burden as the cycle progresses.

Liver Function Tests (ALT, AST, ALP, Bilirubin, Albumin) — Evaluates liver support for detoxification and immune regulation during the cycle.

Kidney Function (eGFR, Creatinine, Urea) — Ensures kidneys are handling waste effectively while immune balance is being addressed.

Cortisol — Monitors stress hormone levels that directly influence immune function and inflammatory response.

Post Monitoring - Evaluates return to balanced immune function and inflammation levels after the programme.

Full Blood Count (Haemoglobin, Haematocrit, Red Blood Cell Count, White Blood Cell Count, Platelet Count) — Confirms immune cell levels and blood health have normalised.

hs-CRP — Confirms systemic inflammation has decreased back to healthy baseline levels.

ESR (Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate) — Verifies chronic inflammatory burden has returned to normal.

Liver Function Tests (ALT, AST, ALP, Bilirubin, Albumin) — Ensures liver function has recovered and can continue supporting immune regulation.

Kidney Function (eGFR, Creatinine, Urea) — Confirms kidney function has returned to normal.

Cortisol — Assesses whether stress response and immune regulation have normalised.

Why Consider This Panel?

Provides clear, stage-specific insight into inflammation levels and immune markers to support reduction of inflammation and overall immune balance.
